The price for renting one of our wedding marquees depends on the event size and number of attendees. Generally, costs range from £1000 to £2000, influenced by these factors and any extra equipment you might require.

We provide a wide selection of marquees for weddings, including pagodas, traditional, and frame options. Our marquees can host between 40 and 200 guests, suitable for various event sizes.

What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee covers the setup, usage, and removal of the marquee. We offer flexibility with the setup and takedown schedule: we can arrange the marquee setup on a convenient day in the week before your event, with dismantling typically occurring the following Monday, depending on your needs.

Additional options like furniture, linings, dance floors, and lighting are available at extra cost. Please note that the furniture rental fee covers only the equipment itself; clients are responsible for arranging the tables and chairs.

Do you offer a site visit to assess the location?

Yes, we provide a free, no-obligation site visit to your chosen venue. This visit will assist you in selecting the appropriate marquee style and size for your event.

When should I book?

We advise booking your marquee as soon as your wedding date is set. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak summer months, so early booking ensures availability and peace of mind.

What are your payment terms?

A 30% deposit is required upon signing your hire contract. The remaining balance should be paid at least 10 days prior to your event.

How do you handle adverse weather or unexpected conditions?

Our marquees are built to withstand various weather conditions. Whether it’s summer or winter, our frame marquees feature durable construction to handle different elements, including snow. We also provide heaters to keep you and your guests comfortable regardless of the weather.

Do you have insurance, and what does it cover?

Yes, we offer insurance in the form of a ‘damage waiver,’ added to the net price at 6%. This coverage protects against potential damage, providing additional peace of mind for your event.
